(never save spores for storage in used syringe) Place in the dark at about 75 degrees for 5 days till a white cloud like blob forms this is your germinated spores. With one quick motion pull the syringe out of the paper towel and insert into the injection port. This will cool it down and keep the tip sterile. Take a folded alcohol soaked paper towel and cover tip of needle. After jar cools down to room temp (using a sterile method) wipe every thing down with alcohol and flame the tip of the Spore syringe till orange. place jar in pressure cooker for about 30 min to sterilize. Simply fill jar to specified level with non chlorinated water and add the nutrient syringe close the lid and cover with foil. Two syringes with needle for extracting germinated spore solution.
Each kit is one premade jar with filter and injection port.
